Shipping Within Malaysia:
For West Malaysia, rate applies by weight starting from RM10, varies by area (Klang Valley vs outside Klang Valley).
For East Malaysia, shipping rate will depend on product weight. 1st 5kgs @ RM50; subsequent 250g @ RM1.50
1. All shipping rate is based on local service provider rates. We provide pick up service where you may hire your own service provider; however Modle.Play is not liable to any damages / missing item upon leaving our premise.
2. For bulk orders and shipping outside of Malaysia, kindly contact us separately here for optimum shipping rates.
We are based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. If you wish to pick up your order, apply the code 'PICKUP' at checkout and contact us to arrange a date and time. During this covid pandemic, everyone who opts for this shall need to comply strict SOPs at our premises.
All orders will be carefully packed and shipped on Monday's & Friday's of the week, i.e. products will typically be shipped within 3-5 days upon purchase (unless otherwise stated on product page). A confirmation email with the tracking number will then be sent to you. Once dispatched, delivery times are subjected to the couriers unless otherwise advised.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Prior to opening your item(s), if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you the full refund of the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date.
If the original packaging of the item(s) has been ripped, damaged, removed, or repacked and/or the item(s) has been assembled, we will be unable to offer a full refund. If there are missing parts, please let us know for a replacement.
To return an item(s) for exchange or refund, you will need to bear the shipping cost of the item and we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s). It would be best to ensure the item(s) is appropriately packed and shipped with a tracking number.
Please be informed that all clearance and sale items are not eligible for any exchange, returns or refunds.
